Your Seat Is Waiting: Ranchero Whiskey Release

As our rulebook says, "There’s no rush—only pours." Sunday, July 19th, we invite our 117º Club members to slow down, grab a stool, and be the first to taste exactly what we've been working on.

Master Distiller Justin McCabe has teamed up with some incredible folks up in the Santa Barbara area (where the ranches are plentiful) to bring you a true California collaboration. The result? Ranchero Whiskey, a pour with enough swagger to put a serious spring in your step.

The Sunday Lineup

Because good nights (and great Sunday afternoons) are made here, we're pairing this exclusive release with a few local favorites:

• The Food: The legends at Chunky Tacos are rolling in to serve up mouth-watering Mexican delights. It’s food so good you’ll swear your abuela is back there on the grill.

• The Music: Grab a plate, order your pour, and groove to the sounds of Benji Knight and the Pale Aliens. It’s the perfect soundtrack for a Sunday session.
