Our journey started with a dream to bring world-class spirits to North County San Diego. That dream became reality with the arrival of “Alexandria,” our custom-built copper pot still from Germany. This traditional alembic still is the heart of our Vista distillery, where we handcraft every spirit using time-honored techniques and a commitment to quality that never wavers.
