Master Distiller Justin McCabe has been working some quiet magic in the back, and the wait is finally over. Come celebrate the official release of our brand-new, crafted-in-house 117º West Spirits Moonlight Rye & 117º West Spirits Apple Brandy.

This night isn't just about moving two new spirits off the shelf; it's about sharing a genuine moment with the community that makes this distillery feel like home. We firmly believe that “there’s no rush…only pours,” so clear your Saturday evening and let the outside world wait while you settle into the rhythm of good spirits and better company.

Whether you're a long-time Barrel Club member or simply wandering through our doors for the first time, lean into the evening. We love reminding folks that “the regulars were strangers once”.
